Dating advice

I met this guy and we just had a connection. We spent 7 hours together on our first date. We hung out all week and text were great. We had a failed sex attempt and I felt awkward and embarrassed after. We met up again and things still seemed ok. Then a few days ago he was grumpy over texts and we argued. We haven't texted in almost three days now. We are both very stubborn and idk if I should reach out or now. Should I just take this as a sign? I really like him and can't stop thinking about him. Help!
