ER visit at 13w 2d

When to the ER last night due to some light brown spotting and slight cramping. They done blood work and an ultrasound. The ultrasound show that my sweet baby didn't have a heartbeat. This makes the 2nd miscarriage this year. I had I'm 1st miscarriage at the end of January and I'm now a complete mess. All night last night I could have sworn I felt the baby moving but I dont know anymore at this point. I'm scared to try again and I have another miscarriage. But I pray for all the mommy's out there during this time that they have healthy babies and easy deliveries.

Update

My obgyn is having to do a d&c because baby dont have a heartbeat and my body isn't wanting to expel the baby by itself.
