Early humans
So I was watching a joe Rogan podcast and his guest had hitchhiked around the globe and stayed with many different cultures and tribes around the world. He said that these tribes in the Amazon are amazing. They have almost super human capabilities when it comes to endurance and strength. On their hunt, the podcast guest stated that these amazonians can run for miles and miles without tiring or needing water. He would finish 3 bottles of water easily before these people would take a sip out of the river and be good for another couple miles of running barefoot, hunting baboons. So this makes me question, what are some typical everyday things that early humans did, or that tribal/instinctual humans do, that we have lost the ability to achieve but would greatly benefit our health today? How far are we from our roots on a scientific/genetic level?
