Fussy 1 month-old baby

Any recommendations on a fussy baby? My one month old baby doesn’t wants to sleep, cries at anything we do. We have been feeding him every 2-3 hours after that we make sure he burps but all of a sudden he begins to cry we change diaper and see if it’s the problem of why his acting like that but it’s not we have tried all holding positions but non of them work. Any recommendation would truly help!

FYI

I’ve taken him to the hospital to see if something was wrong with him and we got no answer to why his crying a lot.
