Nausea

So just for context a little read. I did not take unisom last night as I wasn’t sure it was really helping me at all. Well I paid for it this morning and was so nauseous and on the verge of throwing up. I took one at 1230 and basically slept all afternoon. Typically i take it at night so I’m good at work throughout the day. Can I take one again tonight or will I have to deal with the nausea. I don’t want to take in the morning I’m a physical therapist that walks all day but I have such a long day and am terrified of feeling like I did today while I’m at work. I’m 12 weeks. Any advice appreciated. 🙏🏼
