Concerned about my breast...

Hey ladies so last night I discovered some lumps in bilateral breast and I am concerned. Because I’m not sure if it’s have anything to do with my af coming on Friday I never experienced this before usually there just sore. Or possible pregnancy I tested today even though I’m only 10dpo and it’s negative. I also loss my baby on July 11th I’m was only 6months pregnancy so I didn’t have much milk do you guys think is could be block duct? And I also contacted my Obgyn as well I have a appointment I just wanted to see if anyone experienced this before?
