Did getting your period back make your milk supply decrease?
I got my first postpartum period today (baby is almost 4 months). When he was eating it seemed like he wasn’t getting much, and he was getting mad. I really don’t want this to be the end of my breastfeeding journey 😰

There’s a little dip in supply during your period, but it comes back up. Continue to nurse !!

I didn’t have any issues. I got mine back at 4 months and breastfed until I lost my supply due to pregnancy at 17 months.

I did not have a supply dip when my period returned. I've not heard of this until now.
