Has anybody got a sore throat after giving head?? Like them being to rough or it going down to deep

I had gave my boyfriend head and my throat had been sore. I was thinking I could be getting sick (praying I’m not) but I drunk hot tea, sucked on a hall, and it’s not doing anything. It doesn’t hurt hurt like sick but it’s a little sore when I swallow only on one side(left side)
