Landed a job @ 8 months Preg

I just accepted an offer for an amazing opportunity with an innovation lab. I have been out of work since late June and pregnant the entire time. Today I am 32 weeks. 3 days.

During the interview process I did not disclose my pregnancy. None of the five interviewees offered personal information about the selves so I in turn did not disclose about my home life or family.

I got the offer and then wrote to the HR lead. He was very kind and said no problem we know you'll only have a few weeks before you deliver but when you start let's come up with a strategy around your leave that works for you.

Now THAT is a sign of a company I want to be a part of.
