According my last menstrual period am 6 weeks today i got positive pregnancy on last sat so i went yesterday to gynecologist for conforming pregnancy i did blood test and didnt measure hcg but went for ultrasound she said that there is a cyst in ovary and 33 mm thickness of endometrium lining and didnt see any gestational sac

.she asked me whether i have irregular period i said yes i do then she said it could early to see a sac she asked me to come 15 days later for follow up scan..but am still worried could i pregnant or not i dont have bleeding or severe cramps juz dull cramps on and off..
