Hello, I’m in a fairly new relationship of about 5.5months but have been dating for about 8 and still haven’t had sex with my boyfriend as he doesn’t want to come off as a pig and want to show that he’s respectful and taking things slow and all and he’s the sweetest person always cares and wants to take me to places! He’s met my family and I’m starting to meet his and we’re both pretty much seeking the same life goals and have discussed some future stuff not much yet as it’s still new! I’ve told him that I’m ready to take it to the next level and he’s okay with that as he said he was waiting for me to feel more comfortable and let things happen:) (I also never asked if he’s had a prev relationship before as I think that’s not a nice thing to ask maybe, but I think I may be his first girlfriend) when did you all start having sex in your relationship? Did anyone start having it after a while of being in a relationship? Comment below :)

With my first bf we waited over 8 months into dating I think it was. 
My current bf and I slept together the first time we met (which was only like a couple weeks after texting etc if that) and we hung out and slept together over a few more time the next week or so before we made it officially bf/gf.
I don't regret either it is just whatever is best for the couple.
