Toddler nap routine
How do you put your toddler down for a nap. For example.. do they tell you vocally they are sleepy? Do you set a nap time and rock them to sleep? My daughter typically takes a nap between 2pm-4pm she will start sucking her fingers when she is sleepy and usually we will take her to her crib and she will fall asleep. Sometimes we will rock her
