My daughter was fine yesterday but woke up in the middle of the night irritable and fussy. I checked her under arm temp, it was 99.6. Her rectal was 101.0. I gave her Motrin for the fever. She has coughed slightly but not enough to have thought something was wrong. She has been tugging out at her ears so I thought she had an ear infection which I was gonna bring up today because it was supposed to be her 15 month check up. I called dr office and explained the situation and they said she couldn’t take shots if she’s had a fever in past 24 hours. Which is understandable. But they told me to bring her in for a sick visit. My boyfriend and I both work in retail but we have no symptoms, but I know with the Covid you don’t have to have symptoms. I’m obviously worried sick even though she is playing. Should I just go to the ER? Or should I go ahead in the dr office. I obviously wouldn’t want to spread to other children and families. I really need some advice
