Surprise gender possibly ruined

A little irritated - went for my 32 week ultrasound & check up this morning

Immediately told the techs we DO NOT know or want to know the sex of the baby.

They said okay

When they would check those areas they’d tell us to look away/close your eyes

We noticed after that, the techs kept referring to baby as HE versus “the baby” or “baby” like they were using prior to checking those areas

Now idk that it is or isn’t a boy but it’s frustrating that after all this time they may have ruined the surprise I’ve always wanted to experience
