4 weeks since conceived ultrasound

My husband and I conceived August 12th..if you wanna get technical then we’re basically on week 5.

Yesterday I went to a rinky dinky 2D/3D place to get an ultra sound before next weeks 1st appointment where my husband won’t be allowed in:(

I got a vaginal ultrasound and the lady told me there’s no heart beat, no movement, and looks like my sac is deflated. She also told me I look about 7/8 weeks which is impossible. My husband and I waited till our wedding night August 7 to have a baby.

(Husband noticed how old the machine was I didn’t notice as I want not focused on that)

I spoke to my cousin that is a licensed ultra sound tech and she told me it looks like the lady was focusing on the wrong thing. Looks like the lady had a weird angle that shows an artifact/extra meat of something.

The embryo is the bright circle on the top right that needs to become more of a donut look within a week.

I broke down crying yesterday I’m terrified but if the baby is in there I need to stop stressing out! I just started morning sickness about 3 days ago. No spotting. No pains.

Has anyone else had this same experience?
