Mental health relationship help!!
My partner and I both have some bad mental health due to past experiences we’ve been through and I’ve been diagnosed a number of things (Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar II, Depression, PTSD) and HES been diagnosed similar things. We have a baby in the making and I want to know how to make this relationship stronger and work better. We argue quite a bit due to everything but we usually make up for it after we both calm down. Him and I agreed we’d try our best to help each other get better mentally and if that didn’t work to seek further help individually.
He wants help with anger management and I want help with motivation and taking care of myself and controlling my emotions and impulsive thoughts.
Anyone have any idea how we can help each other?? Any tips at all?
