Super confused

This past week i have been vomiting at set hours of the day (like nausea will hit and regardless of eating or not ill throw up at around the same two times a day) i took pregnancy tests but one was maybe a faint line (super hard to tell) one refused to answer and the other said no. I was supposed to start yesterday and didn’t see anything until almost that night a little tinge of light blood. Then all i bled was a few little drops maybe the size of the tip of someone’s finger and typically my first day of period is a good flow so i don’t know if I’m having my period or is this implantation bleeding.
