I need some advice, I work in a predominately male based industry, I am the only female supervisor, yet they just promoted 2 men to a higher level then me and they have less staff to supervisor than I do, and the majority of people get paid way more than me. I get good performance reviews yearly, im a good worker but no big raises like other people do. I’m starting to take it personally but I’m not sure how to approach this with my employer?
