Don’t mind my eczema rashes

When did y’all take out your piercing or did you leave it in the whole pregnancy ? This is my second pregnancy the first time it was a little stretched out not too bad i was still able to wear a piercing should i leave it in or take it out 😭 btw I’m 6 months
