Spotting a period? I REALLY NEED HELP!!!!

No matter if I’m a month late or a week late my period is always HEAVY like super plus tampons and super plus pads having to change every half hour HEAVY .

Well my last actual period was July 14-19 .

I started spotting August 26 all the way to September 2 .

My question is : Does egg white discharge with some light brown and light pink colors mixed with it count as a period ? Only when I wipe nothing on underwear not enough to wear a pad or tampon literally only stringy discharge???? Does that count as a period ???

pregnancy test keep coming back negative. Says implantation bleeding starts 6-12 days after conceiving . I was supposed to start my period anywhere from August 14 to August 20 . My period app marked August 20 the first day of missing my period because I never logged getting my period . So if I got back 6 days from August 26 when I started spotting it would be August 20 ( the first day missed period on my calendar ) and if I go back 12 days that would be August 14 ( the day my period should of started ) but it could’ve started anywhere from the 14-20 .

So should I wait to see if I get one for September and then test again ? Or does spotting count as a period and log it in as a period ???
