One month baby congestion?

She was born on the 9th, past two weeks I’ve noticed she just sounds congested. Some days i notice nothing and then other days I’m worried she’s sick. I use the nose frida and saline drops when she sounds bad, and a good amount of clear/ white mucus comes out.

I’m wondering if maybe it’s just milk. She does spit up a lot and actually saw her spit up out of her nose last night 🤔 Or maybe it’s just the AC that’s making her congested? I heard this is normal for a newborn but are you a mom if the smallest thing doesn’t make you nervous lol.

When should I start being concerned? Can this last a long time? She still has a lot of wet and poopy diapers like normal. And eating fine, if anything she’s on the boob longer these days but I think she’s just growing more lol. Sometimes when she’s waking up and stretches she makes a frightening congestion type sound/grunt 🥴
