Sharp pain in my area ?!? 7dpo

Ok so I have been TTC for 2 cycles after miscarrying... and well today was the first time it had happened I have had normal cramps in my left and right side, but today.. I am in the kitchen with my husband and felt a sharp shooting like pain in my vagina??? Like possibly where uterus is located... it was too the point I made a noise and bent over and then just gone like that... any one had before?? I know you can’t tell me I am pregnant, lol, but not sure if it’s comparable to implantation? And I know body and without a doubt I have NOT had this. I also have a nagging pain in right breast which is also weird as I haven’t had that any previous months...
