I'm 23. 5'7 and 296 pounds. I'm 23 and I have high blood pressure, wear a size 22 pants, and 2xl shirts. I don't know how to motivate myself to excersise and I definitely don't know anything about portion control. I need help. 😓 I have a 4 month old and I'd really like my health to be an example for him when hes older. I don't want him falling in to the same unhealthy patterns I have. How do you guys motivate yourselves to work out?
