I have asked you because in my home country these are not yet popular or could be without a concern for there to be problem. In America as they say cancelled, could be big trouble for you. I prefer longer or luxurious myself.

None of these names are “cancelled”, but here’s what people in the US might associate them with.
Karen: Old-fashioned and right now it also means an entitled and/or racist white woman. It may come back in style in about 30 years, but I wouldn’t use it now.
Alex: A nice name, but unfortunately it’s how most people talk to their Amazon echo devices. I don’t think it will last forever. I wouldn’t use it now, but maybe in a few years. 
Ellen: Old-fashioned and people may think of Ellen Degeneres (who is under a lot of criticism right now) but they also might not.
Eve: I’m not aware of any particular association with this name outside of the Eve from the Bible. It’s a nice name, but names like Ava, Eva, and Eden are also very popular right now.

In america those names are associated with various things, if that's what you mean. Like Ellen is a lesbian talk show host who has recently received some turmoil for mistreating people. But the names aren't cancelled or anything.

I think Eve is the prettiest of these. 
Ellen and Karen are both dated-sounding old people names (but not old enough to feel vintage). Alexa is just one of many names that would get annoying comments from people she meets. Can’t see anything wrong with Eve. But none of them have disappeared as names... they’re all the names of many real people still living their lives...
