Hi Ladies!!

So to make a super long story kind of short, after i had my daughter on January 8th of this year, i went on birth control about 2 months later. My dr put me on progesterone only bc since i have been breastfeeding because she didnt want my milk to dry up. I havent had a normal period since March and my doctor told me it was because of the birth control & breastfeeding. Here we are now in September & I started having pains on my right side a few days ago, and i have been EXTREMELY bloated. I made an appointment with my dr to get everything checked out and she also ordered for an ultrasound to be done since I still have not had my period. During the us I could tell something was not right, so I of course started to think of what it could be.. possibly a tubal

pregnancy or something since i had been hurting on my right side? NOPE. the girl looked at me & said honey... you are 18 WEEKS PREGNANT. i instantly went into panic mode & did not know what to do or say lol. But the good news is, baby looks great.. and looks just like his / her sister. We could not tell gender since it had their legs crossed & its hand down between them. Can any of you share a story about irish twins??? i am still in complete shock and still freaking out & little & i feel like such an idiot for not even thinking i may be pregnant since literally nothing was any different this time around. i just started a job from home & i am SO worried about how im going to do it with two babies, 13 months apart!!! please send positive vibes my way 😫
