Yellow stringy poop?

Hi! FTM here, my baby is 9 days old and I noticed he’s having these yellow, stringy, almost mucous-like poops. He’s TERRIBLY gassy- he’s EBF and I’m cutting our dairy- recommendation from his pediatrician, feeding him at an incline, tryinnnng to burp periodically during the feed (he doesn’t always burp), we do the bicycle movements with his legs and this helps pass some gas, he’s taking simethicone drops but it seems like no matter what, this poor thing has hiccups and is gassy.

I’ve looked everywhere and it says “yellow and seedy” for his poop. But what is this?? Could it all be related?? Anyone else have these poops?
