5+6 Us, does it look normal?

I’ve posted about my US in another group then got to thinking and wanted to compare to others in this group. Look normal? HCG is 22,500 do you think it should have have a fetal pole by now? She said I’m measuring a little more towards 5ish weeks but she wasn’t concerned since it’s so early. She said she saw a heartbeat but idk where because I don’t see a fetal pole. But I know when I ovulated by OPKs. Is the white spot on top of the yoke save the start of the fetal pole? First baby. Thanks guys!
