So I got my iud about a week and a half ago. Maybe two weeks ago, I cramped so bad the first day to the point of throwing up and crying. Since then I’ve cramped maybe for an hour or more everyday. Like bad cramps. Is that normal? What can I do to help it? Any medicines that would help?
