Pacifiers

When should I take away LO’s paci? She doesn’t use one at day care. We hide them during the day & don’t dive them during a car ride anymore. So she only gets one if she’s napping at home (2 days a week) & at bedtime. Pediatrician says don’t worry about till 18 months but of course I still worry. Is it easier soon or later like when they can understand that it’s going away. Also, should I wean the breastfeeding before or after the paci? She breastfeeds in the morning & evening them gets pumped milk mixed with regular milk during the day. She still loves both the boob & the paci. She does sleep through the night, just wakes up early.
