WTF! 5 dpo nausea + cramping ?

I know it sounds crazy - I vomited (my stomach was not upset) + I have mild cramps. 
I know it could be something else, but, have anyone else experienced this and then gotten a positive pregnancy test? 
Any comments much appreciated 🙏🏻 I feel so lonely in this process - except for this wonderful community!

This is happening to me right now! All of a sudden just had this overwhelming sense of nausea, and have been sick. Feel zapped of my energy completely! 🤞🏼 Suffered a miscarriage in January and have been trying for our rainbow baby since!
