Bleeding

I’m almost 4 weeks pp and I’m still bleeding. Is anyone else and is it normal? It’s not a lot just when I wipe, will get on a pad but never go through. I’m still wearing thicker pads because I’m worried to wear thin ones because if I forget to change it I don’t wanna leak, having a toddler and a newborn my mind is very forgetful. Wearing the thicker ones for now gives me better peace of mind knowing I most likely won’t leak if I forget to change it. and it’s a lighter pink. A few days ago it was brown so I thought it would be stopping soon but it hasn’t yet and then it switched to being pinkish/red again.
