Is a nosebleed something to be concerned about in a toddler?

I took a picture in case I needed to tell/show his doctor how much blood there was.

So, my middle son will be 2 on Tuesday. I put him to bed about an hour ago. He's been getting out of bed recently, so I walked by about 20 minutes later to make sure he was still in bed. That's when I noticed he was pooping. Gave him a few minutes to finish and came back. And he had blood all over his face and hands. I cleaned his face and hands. Then I changed his diaper and put him back to bed. I have been to check on him a few times and it doesn't appear to still be bleeding.

He has never had a nosebleed before. I also have a 3 y/o and a 2 m/o. The 3 year old has had a nosebleed before, but it was because he fell and bumped his nose on something when he fell.

My 2 y/o is very tough and doesn't cry when he is hurt. It's possible that he could have hit his nose on his bed (he is in a pack & play but is moving to a toddler bed in the next few days.) I never heard a thump, never heard him cry, and his nose doesn't appear to be red or bruised.

It's 9 pm where I live. The pediatrician is closed and tomorrow is Sunday, so they won't be open. My husband, who works nights, is at work right now and has the car (our other car is in the shop.)

Has anyone ever dealt with this before? He is acting normally and doesn't appear to be sick or in pain. He is cutting his last set of molars, if it has any relevance. I'm hesitant to call my husband and have him come home to take my son to the ER because I don't want him possibly being exposed to Covid-19 if this isn't an emergency.

Edit- Poop was normal poop. Not hard like he is constipated. Just figured I'd throw that out there since he may have been pooping when this happened.
