When do I start my clear blue opk?

Hi all. I first ever post, I am going to start TTC for the first time ever with my partner of 10 years! I'm still getting the hang of what we are supposed to do and when lol.
According to this app, I am due to ovulate on 21st Sept and my average cycle is 31 days (to note my period was 2 days early last month so that threw the days out of wack!) I have 10x Clear blue OPKs to use, what day should I start? Thanks

For the first cycle I would honestly start tracking right after your period to just see how your body processes LH. Someone women have it cycle up and down before the surge and others have a slow progression up before the surge. It gives you a lot of information about your body and cycle. But I usually recommend that if you bought a whole bunch of cheapie tests off Amazon or similar. Otherwise I would start testing 2-3 days before ovulation and probably twice a day because most surges are only 6 hrs (some even less). The day of your first positive is the highest chance of conception (30-ish% in ideal health from both partners).

You should have a leaflet that comes with the opks - theyre pretty good to use as a guide

Hi all just to update, I ended starting on Monday 14th sept. I had a blank circle, but this morning 15th sept I got my first flashing face already! I'm going to wait until I get the solid face to BD though, expected on the 21st, but who knows when it will happen lol wish me luck!
