Update on the pregnancy cramping! I’m okay!

The MRI showed nothing, I’m healthy as can be, but they said I could be just dehydrated which can be causing me to have Braxton Hicks contractions which makes sense because I had them twice and it felt like I was going into labor and it was the most painful thing ever! They gave me a whole IV bag at the hospital and I am going to try to start drinking a gallon of water a day and stay away from foods or drinks that will dehydrate me at all. I don’t want to be having Braxton Hicks through out my whole pregnancy when I’m only 14 weeks! Does anyone have any juice or drink recommendations? I love water but I like smoothies as well and lots of fruit!
