Baby movement

This is my second baby... I had my first baby almost 11 years ago... 😳 I’m 16 weeks and 4 days with a baby boy! I’m feeling extra large... as I’ve gained close to 20 lbs... 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I am not sure if I have felt any baby movement or not... I have an ultrasound due next week but I can’t help but feel paranoid that something is wrong bc I can’t determine if I have felt movement or not. Would I know if something were wrong ??!! Has anyone else felt movement? I feel so much more worried with this pregnancy than I did with my first. Not sure why though. 🤦‍♀️😳 anyone else feel anxious waiting for ultrasound days?!!! Ahhhh
