17 month PP mom bod
I’m sick of people telling me I look the same and I’m still petite blah blah blah OR if I workout, any saggy skin will go away.
Ha ha haaaaa 😒 No. No I don’t look the same. No my saggy skin will not go away. I’m different. It’s more than okay that I’m different. It’s okay to embrace change.
I gained 50 lbs when pregnant on my petite frame and my body will NEVER be the same. I’ve embraced it, why can’t the rest of world right?
Is it just me that feels that way?
Before:
Big thighs, big butt thanks to heavy lifting and petite everything else.

Huge AF tummy
Lost all muscle

Now:
Wider hips
Saggy skin
One boob bigger than the other from feeding more on one side
Only arm muscle from carrying my son

Also me...

And yes there’s a wet diaper in the background because Río missed the diaper pail 🤣
Anyway. Time to embrace the mom bod in all its glory 👍🏼 stretch marks, scars, saggy skin, all of it
