I’m being forced to do therapy by CPS. I already refused it the first time but now they opened a new case on me since I refused it because I don’t need it, so how do I make the therapist think that I’m mentally stable and everything’s A-okay and that I don’t need therapy?? My life is falling apart but I’m not gonna tell them any of that because I know anything and everything I say they’ll tell to cps.

I do care about my son but my mental health has nothing to do with taking care of him. I’m not well mentally but I take care of him just fine he’s a happy and healthy child. I’ll always put my kid before myself.

I’m hesitant because I was in therapy for YEARS as a teenager and it never worked. Therapy doesn’t work period. I’m only doing it so I can keep my son. I know for a fact that it’s not gonna help me

Idk why y’all think therapy works bc it does not. At least not for me... I completed my first therapy session and the therapist was just asking a bunch of irrelevant questions like where I went to school how much I weighed when I was born how did my mom deliver me did I have any siblings . She asked the mental health assessment questions at the very end and I said no to every symptom I was super vague with her. After I answered the questions she said we were done so I hope she sees that I don’t need help

I can’t try different therapists because cps chooses my therapist I do not... I can’t tell that therapist anything because I know she’ll just tell cps. I’m depressed and suicidal but I can’t tell her that or else she’ll tell cps and they’ll take my son away. So I can’t even allow it to help me because I can’t even be honest with my therapist . So I just have to fake it until cps gets off my ass and honestly for the rest of my life.
