I started birth control about two and a half months ago, and I last had sex a month and a half ago.

I’ve been getting ridiculous bloat lately, accompanied by sharp lower back pains.

I know it’s not possible for me to be pregnant since I’ve gotten my period four times since I last had sex (all within a the past month and a half too) but this bloating is starting to stress me out.

Any tips on how to reduce the bloating and the discomfort? I’ve been sleeping with a heat pack on my stomach for the past two nights, and the sharp pains in my back have been interfering with my day to day life.
