Iv just found out I’m pregnant (completely unexpected) my periods have always been irregular as I have pcos

I think I’m around 2/4 weeks.

Within this time Iv had a tattoo and also a piercing....

Have I potentially unknowingly harmed my baby?!? As they ask if your pregnant before any of these treatments and obviously I said no as I had no idea! And I know if you are then they won’t perform them.

I’m panicking so much now!!!

And to top it off Iv been drinking pretty much a bottle of wine a night the last 2 weeks as we’ve had company every evening!
