Did I ovulate on day 11?

Hi friends, I need some input. I have consistent 28 day cycles. Of course the month I try to get pregnant everything gets confusing. On day 11 my strips were positive but clear blue showed a blinking face. I was feeling cramps and having egg white discharge. I have yet to get my peak (on day 16). I keep getting flashing smiles. I no longer have the egg white discharge and temperature is high. I have a feeling I already ovulated... but why do I keep getting flashing smiles? If anyone could be kind enough to help.
