6 weeks question

So this is my second I am currently 6w we had a miscarriage in May but my nausea and fatigue is so bad my job is impacted has anyone take FMLA at work at the beginning due to pregnancy symptoms? thanks in advance! And I have tried everything under the sun for relief!
