heart rate limit?

before i got peggos i was fit. my husband is a soulcycle instructor so we spin a lot. i lost our first baby last winter so when i got pregnant again this june i stopped exercising altogether. i’m 19 weeks today and got back on the Peloton for the first time since June. i only did 20 mins of spinning. my OB cleared me for 30 mins though so i’m going to build up to it. my question is - do you Mamas try to keep your heart rate to 140 when you exercise? or what are some of ur fav exercises to sweat and feel amazing!
