Baby keeps rolling on side and popping his arms out. What should I do?

Hi there! I'm a new mom to a 4 day old little boy. Every time I put him down in his crib he tries to roll on to one side. And if he doesn't do that he pops his arms out of his swaddle. We tried a sleep sack but he still managed to get a hand out. Is this normal? Should I let him do it? I feel like we are adjusting him every 10 seconds.

My son always did this. We couldn’t swaddle him with his arms in or he’d just cry until he wriggled them out. 
And as far as side sleeping, he wouldn’t sleep on his back even the first night we brought him home. He always slept on his side with his hands in his face no matter what we did to stop him. And get this; he’s now almost 2 and still sleeps the exact same way. Lol

He can have his arm out. It’s not going to hurt anything. Some babies sleep on their sides you can’t stand over him and watch him constantly it’s just how he’s comfortable probably better to let him have an arm out

Not a big deal if he doesn’t want to have his arms tucked in. Our son never wanted his arms in from day one in the hospital, so we just swaddled his core and left his arms to be wherever he wanted them. Our daughter started breaking her arms out of the swaddle around two weeks old, so we did the same thing with her.
