LO one is 12 weeks and the last 4 days or so has been very restless. He has been drooling like crazy, so much that he has to wear a bib. He’s been very aggressive with his hand eating or trying to eat my fingers and arm. When he was eating my finger I noticed his bottom gums were kinda hard/sharp (??) I don’t if that’s a good explanation but his top gums were more rounded. Does it sound like he’s teething

I just feel really bad because it’s hard to soothe him and he’s not yet mastered holding things so it’s hard to give me a teething ring
