Some pain during ovulation

Hi guys,

I’m a 31 year old female and have been noticing over the last few months that I’ve had this on and off dull pain/cramping in my lower abdomen when i ovulate. My body works like clockwork so I’m familiar with the aches and pains and when i get them throughout my cycle. I’ve been noticing more of that cramping over the last few months. Does anyone get this? How do I make the distinction between what is “normal” or that maybe my body is changing vs. something very serious?

I don’t have any history of endometriosis or other conditions. Just wanted to get some feedback.
