Is this a good idea or too extra?

Question

I don’t know who saw my post last week about my husband having an interview for a $30/hr job and me asking for prayers, but it worked! Sort of. He got a second interview with the regional manager tomorrow!! This is a building supervisor position (oil company). My husband listened to the problems they had during the first interview and last night he typed up a list of the concerns the guy mentioned and put bullets under them for his plan of action to fix those things. Kind of like “I heard you and this is what I would do should I be hired” 
Is this too extra and presumptive? Or does it show initiative and that he was a good listener?

I think it is a solid move IF it comes up in conversation and they ask directly,but I wouldn’t force it. It does show attention to detail but it could come across as a know it all or someone who can’t work with a team to fix challenging issues, especially since he is New there. I think the better thing to say is that he “has taken note of several of the issues that were mentioned in the first interview and have come up with some brainstorming ideas that he would love to share or possibly incorporate into an action plan as he is a fresh set of eyes”. I think it depends on how he brings it up, and whether it comes up in conversation naturally. 
It could make a really great impression if he can show he can bring fresh ideas etc. But at the same time, it’s not good to come across as arrogant or to suggest things they might have already tried..
