Unexpected bleeding

This may not be the correct group to post this in, so please let me know if I should move it.

Yesterday morning after my husband and I had sex, I went to the bathroom like I always do afterward. When I wiped, there was a lot of pink blood. It continued for a few minutes until I was completely cleaned up. Since then I have had light brown spotting sporadically.

I am on week 2 of my bc pills (just had my period a week and a half ago). Usually if my period is early, it starts during the 3rd week of pills, not at the beginning of the second.

What could this be? Nothing hurt while we were having sex, but could something have been torn? Could this be a freakishly early period? Ovulation bleeding? I'm so confused!!
