Tonsillitis ?? or something else

Sooo i’ve been really tired lately , & to me throat seems like it swelled . plus for the past 2 years i noticed i have tonsil stones that come here & there . i threw up about 2 days ago with a really bad headache ?? anybody had this issue or idea of what it could be ?

It doesn’t look swollen and it’s nothing like mine when i get tonsillitis

Your tonsils don't look swollen to me. Does your throat hurt? I get tonsil stones too, have for years, and inconvenience but nothing to worry about
