Is this normal for a period?
So my period was late by a week and I have had unprotected sex before so I wasn't surprised but then yesterday I got what I thought was my period it was dark red in colour. But then I noticed the bleeding is super light, like I could just use a panty liner and I only bleed at night but during the day there's no bleeding at all. I'm also not having my usual period cramps or any other symptoms. I'm sorry if this doesn't make sense 😂 I'm not sure how better to explain it. Is this just a normal period and I should ignore it?
