Help soothing gassy newborn

Baby is 12 days old. The last couple days she’s been getting increasingly fussy during feedings. Refusing breast, while trying to latch and arching back. I try burping her and bicycle legs, she never burps, sometimes I can get her to fart. Changing positions helps for a few minutes and then again un latching and crying. I try gas drops which seem to help some. But I really don’t want to do it every feeding. Any tips? It’s becoming a little overwhelming now. I plan to call dr tomorrow for some advice. But any tips to get through tonight would be appreciated
